Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products:

We do NOT accept returns on discounted items.

For non-discounted items:

  • Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted products

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products not in original condition

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos for faster resolution
